B.) By purchasing the Report you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in South Australia and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia and all courts competent to hear appeals from the courts of South Australia in respect of all proceedings arising in connection with these terms and conditions.
