Core/Gryphon Alliance Completes CSG/ LNG Acquisition for Toyota Tsusho

Core Energy is pleased to announce that Toyota Tsusho and AJ Lucas have announced the completion of a transaction involving a 15% interest in Queensland coal seam methane acreage, ATP 651, which is linked with BG's proposed integrated QCLNG project.

Core Energy and alliance partner, Gryphon Partners acted as acquisition advisers to Toyota Tsusho.
